At the end of last year, “Washoku” (Traditional Japanese Food Culture) was registered as an Intangible Cultural Asset by UNESCO. Although Japanese Food has been gaining popularity overseas, there is
growing concern that young Japanese people are losing interest in it.

For this talk session we’ve invited Ms. Erica Angyal, nutrition consultant to former Miss Universe Japan, to tell us about the benefits of Japanese Cuisine.

Get a whole new perspective on Japanese Food from an Australian Nutrition Consultant!

◆Guest Message:
If you are not healthy, then you cannot be beautiful.
However it seems Japanese women still desire to be extremely thin.
The idea that being skinny equals being beautiful is just an illusion.
In this talk session I’ll tell you how to become beautiful from the inside by cleverly choosing healthy Japanese foods and eating properly.
Forget about tough diets and discover a completely new healthy lifestyle!

Language: Japanese (Questions in English are OK)
