Have you ever caught yourself making assumptions based solely on someone’s nationality or background?
This year’s ICC No Border Camp centers on the theme “No Borders × Self-Discovery.”
By keeping participants’ background information—such as hometown, real name, school, and year—completely anonymous, you can break free from the unconscious biases we all carry and take this opportunity to truly connect with others—and rediscover yourself.
Under ICC’s original “No Border Rules” (listed below), participants will interview each other and create articles together. Through a variety of activities, you will explore one another’s values and perspectives, gaining new insights into your own identity along the way.
Our differences in values are like puzzle pieces of different colors and shapes. Some pieces of your own puzzle may be hard to recognize alone, but when you engage with others and their pieces, the outline gradually becomes clearer.
Self-discovery isn’t always easy on your own. That is exactly why we invite you to step into a borderless space of connection—to meet others, and in doing so, meet a version of yourself you haven’t yet discovered.
We look forward to seeing you there!
