Student Staff Leaders (SSLs) are the main organizers of the ICC’s events and activities.
The SSLs use their insight, ideas, and unique skills to help the ICC provide a wide range of opportunities for intercultural exchange that meet the needs of their fellow students. At the same time, these opportunities allow them to realize their own plans and dreams.
SSLs not only plan and manage events and recruit student supporters, but also promote the ICC’s activities by conducting presentations for local and international visitors to the university, support the everyday operation of the ICC through office work, respond to inquiries, and handle various other tasks. SSLs are an indispensable feature of the ICC.
Being a SSL is more than just an ordinary part-time job. Similar to an internship, SSLs are expected to perform a wide range of duties and, as a result, gain valuable skills and experiences that will no doubt be of use in their future after graduation to helpe foster leaders who can thrive in a global society. Why not take the challenge and help the ICC fulfill its mission?

Student Staff Leaders (SSL) are paid part-time staff members. SSLs support the ICC’s daily operation through various office work, event planning and promotion, organizing Event Supporters, and other duties.
Event Supporters, on the other hand, help out on a volunteer basis and can be involved in proposing, preparing and hosting a specific event. The level of commitment is up to the individual, and being an Event Supporter is a great way to make new friends and get involved in our events on a deeper level. You can apply as many times as you like depending on your interest and personal schedule. We announce recruitment of Event Supporters via our website and the ICC News mailing list.
For more details, check out the Get Involved page.
Adjustments to shift hours may be considered for reasons like classes, distant campus, job hunting, or studying abroad, but this will be discussed on a case-by-case basis due to the significant impact on work.
