Some ICC events require participants to register in advance, usually via Microsoft Forms.

If the number of applicants exceeds the spaces available, participants may be chosen by lottery.

1. Please check your schedule carefully before applying and avoid cancelling, as this creates extra work and may prevent someone else from joining.
2. If you become unable to participate for illness or another unavoidable reason after applying, please contact us immediately.

The sooner you let us know, the greater chance that someone else can participate in your place.

• Important

Cancelling after results have been sent or being absent without notice causes trouble to the other participants and the ICC, and you may be flagged and given lower priority in signups for future events.

Please note that photos and video will be taken during this event for publicity use by the Waseda University, ICC and the guest (cooperating organization). 

Depending on the event, photography, video recording, and audio recording by participants during the event are strictly prohibited. Kindly follow the instructions provided on the day of the event.

Food and drinks are provided at some ICC events. In order to protect yourself, please note the following and partake based on your own best judgment.  

1. ICC will display information about designated food allergens known to be included (not including packaged products) 
2. Allergen information is based on ingredients and product labelling supplied by the producer. 

In compliance with the revised Act on the Elimination of Discrimination against Persons with Disabilities, we will do our best to provide reasonable accommodations such as speech-to-text interpretation, sign language interpretation, on-site guidance, suitable seating location, etc, at our events. If you need such accommodations, please contact us at least three weeks before the event.
