If you choose a plan without housing, you must arrange your own housing. The plan without housing is set up for students to stay at a family or friend’s home within commuting distance.

Payment Method

Tuition payment must be made in full by Flywire only by Friday, October 23, 23:59 (Japan time) 2026 after the announcement of acceptance. Please note that payment by bank transfer or credit card is not accepted. For more information, please click here.

Refund Policy

In accordance with the program regulations, tuition will not be refunded after the completion of the procedure. However, if you cancel your attendance before the start of this program due to unavoidable circumstances, we will refund the amount of the cancellation fee (JPY 25,000), accommodation fee, and other fees deducted. Please note that once the accommodation fee has been paid, it is not refundable for any reason.
