The Hakone-Odawara Field Trip is one of the highlight activities offered by this program. This one-day bus trip takes participants to the Hakone-Odawara area, where they will explore some of the region’s most iconic natural and cultural landmarks. The itinerary may include a visit to Hakone Tenseien, where participants can enjoy a relaxing experience in a natural hot spring bath while taking in beautiful views of the surrounding Hakone mountains. The trip also includes a visit to Odawara Castle, a historic landmark that flourished as the stronghold of the Hojo clan during the Warring States period, offering participants the opportunity to explore Japanese history and enjoy panoramic views of Sagami Bay from the castle tower..

Participation in this field trip is mandatory in order to receive a certificate of completion for this program.

Mt. Takao is famous as a tourist attraction that attracts many visitors because of its beautiful nature in each of the four seasons and its six varied hiking trails. The cable cars and lifts make it easy for anyone to climb the mountain. Come hike in nature with your classmates!
