There are several accommodation options available during the program. Please refer to the details below:

• Primary Accommodation: “ELM Takadanobaba” (up to 50 rooms)
• Nearby Apartments (room size and other facilities are similar to ELM Takadanobaba)

Notes

• Meals are not included.
• Accommodations will be allocated by the Office, and you will not be able to choose your accommodation.
• Accommodations are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, after the accommodation fee is confirmed by the Office.
• Requests for changes to rooms or facilities will not be accepted.
• If you have disabilities, please feel free to consult with us.

Bedding is provided in the accommodations, but towels are not, so please bring your own. Each room has a small kitchen, and cooking utensils are available upon request. All accommodations during the program will be assigned by the Waseda Winter Session Office. Please note that, in principle, it is not possible to change your room once it has been assigned.
