Resona Group visits international students in Waseda
2023年度から始まり、様々な業界から その業界を代表する企業をお招きし、“早稲田大学の留学生限定” で業界研究イベントを開催しています。
2024 年度は、野村證券をはじめ JR 東日本、住友林業、楽天グループ、ニトリホールディングス、FUJI FILM、Panasonicをお招きしてきました。
2025年度最初は、日本の金融業界から「りそなグループ」をお招きします。
グローバル化の進展やAIの発達等が急速に進む現代において、独自に生み出した商品やサービスもまたたく間にコモディティ化される変化の激しい環境において、お客さまのためにも過去や慣習にとらわれず常に変革に挑戦され、外国人留学生の採用にも積極的に取り組まれています。定期的にグローバル人材向けのセミナーを開催、自律的なキャリア形成のサポートにも力をいれられ、多くのグローバル社員も個性を活かして活躍中です。
本イベントでは、採用担当者からご説明頂く経営理念やグローバル人材の採用方針、人材育成の考え方等をご紹介いただくほか、実際に働いている、元留学生の外国籍先輩社員にも登壇いただき、就職活動当初の経験やりそなグループに入社した決め手、仕事のやりがい等を語っていただきます。留学生の皆様にとっては、新たな業界におけるグローバル企業の経営戦略や人材採用等について、理解を深めることができる貴重な機会です！

In today’s rapidly changing environment, where globalization and the development of AI are advancing rapidly and original products and services are quickly becoming commodities, the Resona Group is always striving for change for the sake of its customers without being bound by the past or convention and is also actively recruiting foreign students. We are also actively recruiting foreign students. It’s valuable opportunities that a face-to-face event exclusively for international students at Waseda.
In this event, Resona Group, Inc. will introduce their business as well as strategic vision and recruitment policy for international talents. You will also have a chance to meet young staff who are non-Japanese nationals and hear about their job-hunting experiences, reason to join Resona Group and so on.

Contents
りそなグループのビジネスモデルは、銀行の3大業務である「預金・貸出・為替」に加え、「信託」も行われています。国内の商業銀行で唯一「フルラインの信託業務」を行えるのが、ビジネスモデルの大きな強みです。海外連携ネットワークはアジアを中心に展開され、海外進出支援から成長支援まで手厚くサポートされてます。改めて業界・企業紹介、グローバル人材の採用方針、人材育成についてもご紹介頂き、またQAセッションを通じてりそなグループの外国籍社員（他大卒業生）と意見交換ができます。
なお、本イベントはキャリア教育啓発プログラムと位置付け、企業の採用活動との関係はありません。
Resona Group’s business model includes “trust” in addition to the three major banking operations: deposits, lending, and foreign exchange. They are the only commercial bank in Japan that can provide “full-line trust services,” which is a major strength of our business model. The overseas cooperation network is mainly in Asia and provides extensive support for overseas expansion and growth. You will also have a chance to meet young international staff. Please note this event is career related educational program and has no connection with its recruitment activity.
