Participating companies are looking for bilingual or multilingual students of the class of 2023.

You can apply for companies and have interviews. Or you can wait for offers from companies by disclosing your entry sheets.

You can find the language they require.
Target
Bilingual & multilingual students who are graduating in September 2022 and March 2023.
※Advanced English capabilities are preferred – TOEIC approximately 800.

Application submission : July 15th (Fri) , 2022 – August 7th (Sun), 2022
Online Company Briefing Session & Breakout Room Session : August 3rd (Wed), 2022 – August 5th (Fri), 2022
Selection period : August 8th (Mon) , 2022 – September 7th (Wed), 2022
Apply in advance (エントリー方式)
Please apply in advance to your desired companies using「23卒バイリンガル人材採用マッチング会専用エントリーフォーム」in My Waseda. Each companies has their own Japanese and /or English requirements for entry forms. Please check the desired company’s requirements before beginning the entry process.
Wait for contact (スカウト（オファー）方式)
Please fill out the entry form in「23卒バイリンガル人材採用マッチング会オープンエントリーシート」in My Waseda. The entry form will be offered to all the companies that will participate this events.
※Students should fill out the entry form in Japanese or in both Japanese and English so that interested companies may contact you.
Later if you receive contact from an interested company, please be sure to reply thoroughly in a timely manner.

Online Company Briefing Session & Breakout Room Session (August 3rd, 2022 ~ August 5th, 2022)
*Reservations required
Upon the conclusion of all briefing sessions (approximately 5-minutes per company), you will meet virtually with individual companies in their breakout rooms for informal discussion and Q&A.
Companies’ presenting in the morning session are different than the companies presenting in the afternoon session.
In the first breakout room session, you will be assigned to each participating company to achieve equal distribution and will choose another company to interact with from the second breakout room session onward.

①Login to MyWaseda → Go to Career Compass → Select “学内企業説明会に参加する”
②Select desired company → Click “訪問する” → Click “予約する”
