Brand-New Guidebook: Discover Your Potential – Design Your Future with WASEDA

Since 2014, the Career Center has published “Discover Your Potential – Design Your Future,” a guidebook on personal development for students, in black-and-white.  This year, the full-color version is available on the website and in hard copy.

From this guidebook, prospective students, their parents and guardians, and newly-enrolled students will be able to learn more about what WASEDA University has to offer from within – Building Friendships, Understanding Work, Contributing to Society and Knowing the World. With so many options to choose from, students are spoilt of choices.In this latest full-color version, students can read about the many successful stories of our Japanese and international student alumni, from “Creating His Own Job” to “Taking a Roundabout Route” to “Beyond the Textbook” and “Delving Deeper into Society”. Each and every story is unique and an inspiration to aspire for greater heights.

In addition, students who are going to start job-hunting (usually third-year undergraduate or first-year graduate students) or plan to work in Japan after graduation, one can find out more on how to use the friendly and dynamic Career Center. Students can take part in career guidance, start-up seminars, development talks and practical workshops. Some of the programs may require reservation but they are open to all WASEDA students, regardless of nationality. Students can also seek consultation with professional consultants in English and Japanese.Students can pick up a copy from the Career Center on Toyama Campus, C-Space on Waseda Campus or from their school office.
