“Starts Corporation Inc.” visits international students.
2023年度から始まり、様々な業界から その業界を代表する企業をお招きし、“早稲田大学の留学生限定” で業界研究イベントを開催して参りました。
2024 年度は、野村證券をはじめ JR 東日本、住友林業、楽天グループ、ニトリホールディングス、FUJI FILM、Panasonic、2025年度は、りそなグループ、エイベックス、JAL、JTBをお招きして開催。2026年度からは、早稲田大学生のみならず、他大学生（慶應義塾大学、中央大学、法政大学、明治大学、立教大学）も参加できる機会として始め、初回の日立建機に続き、今回はSTARTSをご招待して開催致します。
スターツコーポレーションは、1969 年創業の総合生活文化企業グループです。国内外で約 9,600 名の従業員が活躍しており、不動産仲介で有名な「ピタットハウス」をはじめ、建設、不動産管理、金融、ホテル、高齢者支援、出版など、幅広い事業を展開しています。日本国内だけでなく海外にも多数の拠点を持っており、グローバルな環境で働く機会や、海外顧客へのサービス、海外事業に携わる機会が多い点は、留学生にとっても大きな魅力の一つではないでしょうか。
本イベントでは、採用担当者からご説明頂く経営理念やグローバル人材の採用方針、人材育成の考え方等をご紹介いただくほか、実際に働いている、元留学卒業生の先輩社員にも登壇いただき、就職活動当初の経験やスターツコーポレーションに入社した決め手、仕事のやりがい等を語っていただきます。留学生の皆様にとって、スターツコーポレーションについても、理解を深めることができる貴重な機会です！
Since the 2023 academic year, we have been hosting industry research events exclusively for international students at Waseda University, inviting leading companies from various industries to participate.
For the first session of the 2026 academic year, we invited Hitachi Construction Machinery and organized the event as an opportunity for students not only from Waseda University but also from other universities (Keio University, Chuo University, Hosei University, Meiji University, and Rikkyo University) to participate. The second session will feature Starts Corporation as our guest.
“Starts Corporation” is a comprehensive lifestyle and culture enterprise group founded in 1969. With approximately 9,600 employees working both in Japan and overseas, the group operates a wide range of businesses, including “Pitat House”—renowned for real estate brokerage—as well as construction, property management, finance, hotels, senior care, and publishing. With numerous locations not only in Japan but also overseas, the opportunity to work in a global environment, provide services to international clients, and engage in overseas operations is surely one of the company’s major attractions for international students.
In this event, Starts Corporation will introduce their business as well as strategic vision and recruitment policy for international talents. You will also have a chance to meet young staff who used to be international students to hear about their job-hunting experiences, reasons to join Starts Corporation and so on. スターツは日本国内だけでなく、アジア、北米、欧州など世界各地に海外ネットワークを展開しています。海外拠点と連携した不動産サービスや海外事業に携わる機会があり、国際的に活躍できる環境があります。海外ネットワークや多様な事業を活かし、語学力や異文化理解を強みに、グローバル人材として成長できることも大きな魅力です！「人が、心が、すべて。」を企業理念に掲げ、人材育成を重視していることもスターツの特徴です。採用サイトでも、一人ひとりの個性や能力を伸ばしながら成長を支援する方針が示されており、「人を育てる」企業文化も魅力の一つです。
本イベントでは、スターツのビジネスモデルやグローバルへの取り組み、多様な社員が活躍する職場環境についてご紹介頂きます。さらに、Q＆Aセッションを通じて現在、スターツでご活躍されている社員(元留学生の先輩社員)の経験談や仕事のやりがい等についてお話頂きます。なお、本イベントはキャリア教育啓発プログラムと位置付け、企業の採用活動との関係はありません。
STARS has expanded its overseas network not only within Japan but also across the globe, including Asia, North America, and Europe. Employees have opportunities to engage in real estate services in collaboration with overseas offices and to participate in international business ventures, creating an environment where they can thrive on the global stage. A major draw is the chance to grow as a global professional by leveraging the company’s overseas network and diverse business operations, while turning language skills and cross-cultural understanding into strengths！
With the corporate philosophy “People and hearts are everything,” the company places a strong emphasis on talent development.
