留学ビザを持っている学生のみなさんは、卒業後は適切なビザへの切り替えが必要となります。この度、東京外国人雇用サービスセンターから講師をお招きし、外国人留学生対象の卒業後の在留資格ガイダンス（オンライン）を開催します。卒業後のビザ切り替えについて、重要なご説明を頂けますので、是非、“キャリアコンパス”にてお申し込みください。ご参加をお待ちしています！
Career Center organizes a visa guidance after graduation for those who will graduate in this September or upcoming March student visa holders, with the support from the Tokyo Employment Service Center and Tokyo Immigration Bureau for Foreigners. In order to join this guidance, please register via “Career Compass”.

対象者/ Target：早稲田大学の正規生かつ、留学ビザ保持者で、2026年9月もしくは2027年3月卒業予定者

（１）卒業後、日本で働くための在留資格について/ Status of residence to work in Japan after graduation
（２）卒業後、日本で就職活動を継続するためのビザ「特定活動ビザ(継続就職活動)」について
/ About “Designated Activities Visa” for continuing employment activities in Japan after graduation
（３）特定活動ビザ(継続就職活動)への切り替えのための大学での手続きについて
/ Procedures at universities for switching to a visa for specified activities (continuous job hunting activities)

How to “Register for the first time” and “Register your career choice” on Career Compass:
➀ Log in to MyWaseda, go to “Student Life” > “Career Compass” and click on “Company/Job Information”.
※ When using MyWaseda for the first time, enter your information in the order of “Initial Registration”, “Student Information Registration”, and “Career Path Preference Registration”.

１．メインメニューより、「イベント予約」をクリックしてください
Please click “Event Reservation” from the main menu.
２．新規にイベントを予約する際は、イベント予約MENUの「支援行事を予約する」をクリックしてください
Click “支援行事を予約する” when you book a new event
３．分類項目から、参加したいイベント「卒業後の在留資格ガイダンス」を表示させ、「この行事の日程を確認する」をクリックします
From categorized “外国人留学生 International Student”,select the event you would like to participate. （卒業後の在留資格ガイダンス）
４．希望する日程内の「予約する」ボタンを押して予約してください
Click the “予約する(Reserve)” button for your preferred date to make a reservation.
５．予約イベントの内容を確認し、「予約を確定する」ボタンを押してください
Please review the details of your reservation and click the “Confirm Reservation” button.
６．こちらの画面が表示されたら、予約完了です
When this screen appears, your reservation has been successfully completed.
7．予約したイベントの確認／キャンセル
（１）予約したイベントは、イベント予約MENU「予約した行事を確認する」より確認してください
To check your reserved events, please access “View Reserved Events” from the Event Reservation menu
（２）予約状況確認／キャンセル
・オンラインイベントのzoomリンクや、服装、持ち物等イベント当日に向けて必要な情報についてこちらからご確認いただけます。
・イベントをキャンセルする場合は、予約状況一覧の「この予約をキャンセルする」ボタンをクリックしてください
Check / Cancel Your Reservation
• You can check important details for the event here, such as the Zoom link for online events, dress code, and items to bring on the day.
• If you wish to cancel your reservation, please click the “Cancel This Reservation” button in your reservation list.
