“Avex Inc.” visits international students in Waseda
2023年度から始まり、様々な業界から その業界を代表する企業をお招きし、“早稲田大学の留学生限定” で業界研究イベントを開催しています。
2024 年度は、野村證券をはじめ JR 東日本、住友林業、楽天グループ、ニトリホールディングス、FUJI FILM、Panasonic、2025年度は、りそなグループをお招きしてきました。今回は、エンタテインメント業界から「エイベックス」をお招きします。
エイベックスは、1988年に輸入レコード卸売販売業を始め、現在に至られるまで、エンタテインメントを通して、感動と驚きを届けるという想いを基にレーベル、ライヴ、アニメ、映像等様々な領域に事業を拡大されてきました。多様なクリエイティビリティを信じ、ともに育て、そこから生まれる新しい感動や共感を世界に届けるといった「エンタテインメントの可能性」に挑戦されています。海外にも子会社をもち、グローバルに活躍される方々がいらっしゃいます。
本イベントでは、採用担当者からご説明頂く経営理念やグローバル人材の採用方針、人材育成の考え方等をご紹介いただくほか、実際に働いている、本学留学卒業生の先輩社員にも登壇いただき、就職活動当初の経験やエイベックスに入社した決め手、仕事のやりがい等を語っていただきます。留学生の皆様にとっては、新たな業界におけるグローバル企業の経営戦略や人材採用等について、理解を深めることができる貴重な機会です！
就職活動は自己分析と業界研究からスタートしますが、その業界研究の一環として、自身のキャリア形成を考えるきっかけとして、ぜひご参加ください。
Avex began as an importer and wholesaler of records in 1988. Since then, driven by a desire to deliver excitement and wonder through entertainment, the company has expanded its business into various fields including labels, live events, anime, and video. It believes in diverse creativity, nurturing it together, and challenges the “potential of entertainment” by delivering the new excitement and shared experiences born from it to the world. The company has affiliated companies overseas and is active globally.
In this event, Avex, Inc. will introduce their business as well as strategic vision and recruitment policy for international talents. You will also have a chance to meet young staff graduated from Waseda to hear about their job-hunting experiences, reason to join Avex and so on.

「エンタテインメントの可能性に挑みつづける。人が持つ無限のクリエイティビティを信じ、多様な才能とともに世界に感動を届ける。そして、豊かな未来を創造する。」という企業理念を持ち、才能や作品を通じて感動や共感を提供し続けるエイベックス。改めて業界・企業紹介、グローバル人材の採用方針、人材育成についてもご紹介頂き、またQAセッションを通じてエイベックスの外国籍社員（本学卒業生）と意見交換ができます。
なお、本イベントはキャリア教育啓発プログラムと位置付け、企業の採用活動との関係はありません。
