【日本企業を知るシリーズ】第３回：富士通
第1回は自動車産業、第2回はアパレル製造業を切り口として、それぞれ世界的に展開しているトヨタ自動車、ファーストリテイリングをお招きし、早稲田大学の留学生限定で対面イベントを開催しました。今回はIT通信業界について、富士通をお招きします。
同社には毎年多くの早大卒業生を採用していただいており、多くの外国人材が活躍されています。つきましては、採用担当者から同社の経営理念や外国籍人材の採用方針、人材育成の考え方等をご紹介いただくほか、現役の外国籍社員(早稲田卒業生)も登壇し、就職活動当初の経験や富士通に入社した決め手、仕事のやりがい等を語っていただきます。留学生の皆様にとっては、グローバル企業の経営戦略や外国籍人材の採用等について、理解を深めることができる貴重な機会です！
就職活動は自己分析と業界研究からスタートしますが、その業界研究の一環として、自身のキャリア形成を考えるきっかけとして、ぜひご参加ください。

内容
IT通信業界を切り口に、富士通の経営理念、外国籍人材の採用方針、人材育成の他、外国籍社員の目線で見た会社もご紹介します。またQAセッションを通じて富士通の外国籍社員(早稲田卒業生)と意見交換ができます。なお、本イベントはキャリア教育啓発プログラムと位置付け、企業の採用活動との関係はありません。

FUJITSU visits international students in Waseda
In order to deepen your understanding of the IT industry, FUJITSU, the global developer of IT communication industry, will hold a face-to-face event exclusively for international students at Waseda.
FUJITSU has recruited many graduates from Waseda every year, including international talents. Therefore, Staff from FUJITSU will introduce about the IT business as well as strategic vision, recruitment policy for international talents. You will also have a chance to meet young FUJITSU ‘s staff graduated from Waseda to hear about their job-hunting experiences, reason to join FUJITSU and so on.
