【日本企業を知るシリーズ】第1回：トヨタ自動車
自動車産業を切り口として、メーカーに関する業界理解を深めていただきたく、今回はグローバルに展開している自動車メーカーとしてトヨタ自動車をお招きし、早稲田大学の留学生限定で対面イベントを開催いたします。
トヨタ自動車採用担当者からは、同社の経営理念や外国籍材の採用方針、人材育成の考え方の他、現役の外国籍社員が登壇し、就職活動当初の経験やトヨタ自動車に入社した決め手、仕事のやりがい等を語っていただきます。留学生の皆様にとっては、グローバル企業の経営戦略や外国籍材の採用等について、理解を深めることができる貴重な機会です！
就職活動は自己分析と業界研究からスタートしますが、その業界研究の一環として、自身のキャリア形成を考えるきっかけとして、ぜひご参加ください。

自動車産業を切り口に、トヨタ自動車の経営理念、外国籍材の採用方針、人材育成の他、外国籍社員目線で見たトヨタもご紹介します。QAセッションを通じてトヨタ自動車の外国籍社員と意見交換ができます。なお、本イベントはキャリア教育啓発プログラムと位置付け、企業の採用活動と関係ありません。

TOYOTA visit international students in Waseda
In order to deepen your understanding of the automotive industry, Toyota Motor Corporation, the global automobile manufacture, hold a face-to-face event exclusively for international students at Waseda.
Staff from TOYOTA will introduce about the automobile industry as well as strategic vision, recruitment policy for international talents. You will also have a chance to meet young TOYOTA’s staffs to hear about their job-hunting experiences, reason to join TOYOTA and so on. Why not join to learn more for your future career from the top global company?
Job hunting starts with self-analysis and industry research, and we hope you will join the event as part of your industry research and as an opportunity to broaden your career scope.
