The forum is limited to 40 students.

Requirement: Graduate or undergraduate students who have the ability to discuss the research topics in English.

Registration deadline: December 15th, 2017

※For those who choose Option B Student Poster Session for Day 2 on the registration, the deadline of poster submission is also December 15th, 2017.

Applicants are required to email to “[email protected]” with information below. We will reply you whether the application is accepted.

Please make your abstract according to the attached sample.

Be sure not to change layout of the sample abstract.

  • Please include “2018 Forum Abstract” in the email subject line.
  • 250 words maximum (not including the abstract title, authors, and affiliations)

Poster Instructions

The poster should have a title banner that includes the study title, authors’ names and affiliations. The space available for each poster is 90 cm wide×180 cm long. A0 size poster (841 mm×1189 in portrait format) is convenient. Poster presentations are a free discussion style.

Time Schedule (Tentative)

Authors set up posters 9:00 a.m. – 9:50 a.m.
Authors present for discussion
Session 1: 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Session 2: 11:20 a.m. – 12:20 p.m.
Authors remove posters immediately after the Poster Session 12:20 p.m.

Poster Award

All posters will be reviewed at the Poster Session.

The winners will be announced after the lunch time of Day 2.
