【Abstract】
Indian law has a legal system strongly influenced by British law. This symposium will examine its characteristics from two perspectives: the judicial system (presentation by Siddarth Rao (Lawyer)) and the institutional connection with the British Privy Council (presentation by Yoshihide Higa (Associate Professor, Doshisha University)). The discussion will be further enriched by the participation of Professor Sato (Professor, Nanzan University).
