【Abstract】
In Japan, there were once lively discussions about the Standard Essential Patent (SEP), and since then Europe and China have seen new developments in this field. Prof. Matthias Leistner (Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich), one of the foremost authorities in this field, will be sharing his insights into recent developments with respect to German and Unitary Patent court cases. Prof. Guobin Cui (Tsinghua University) will speak on recent developments in China, and from Japan we will have Prof. Masabumi Suzuki and Prof. Christoph Rademacher providing comments, followed by discussions.
