 Symposium “Law and Sustainability – The Methodology and the Points of Discussion”

Abstract:

The joint research project “Law and Sustainability” of the Institute of Comparative Law, Waseda University, will be the implementing body of the symposium, “Law and Sustainability – The Methodology and the Points of Discussion”. The symposium will solidify the foundation for future joint research, broaden its base, and build it up high. Rather than discussing topics in each area, the symposium will clearly deliver the research that each presenter has conducted and will conduct in the future, while keeping in mind the methods of law and sociology of law.
