Waseda University extends its most sincere sympathy to all who have suffered from the devastating damages caused by “the 2011 off the Pacific coast of Tohoku Earthquake”.
After completing a survey of all campuses, no major damage has been found on any of our facilities. However, due to the news that scheduled blackout and limited train/subway services will start from March 14, there will be significant impact on our education/research activities.
The University is currently studying this matter. Please pay due attention to update information from the University.
