Changes have been made to the schedule for the March 2021 graduation ceremonies for the undergraduate and graduate schools as well as the Art and Architecture School to disperse the number of participants per session. For details, please see below.
The ceremonies will be held on March 25 and 26, 2021. To prevent the novel coronavirus disease infection, only graduates will be invited to attend the ceremony. For graduates interested in attending, you must take your temperature on the day of the ceremony before coming to campus. If you show any signs of infection, such as a fever, you may not attend the ceremony.
A link will be available to view the ceremonies live online. Graduates who are feeling unwell or do not feel comfortable coming to campus, as well as guardians of graduates, etc., may view the ceremony live online. Please note that we will not be streaming the ceremonies live on campus (find respective URLs to online live streaming below and kindly note that the URLs are different on the two days).
Depending on the situation surrounding the novel coronavirus disease, further changes may be made to the schedule, how the ceremonies will be held, etc.
However, the ceremonies will be held as planned even if the state of emergency is extended unless the situation surrounding Covid-19 worsens.
