Event

The International Community Center (ICC) presents “ICC International Performance Fair,” the 2nd wave of ICC’s 10th anniversary events. This will be an evening of national music and dance from different countries and regions worldwide.

The first half will be music and dance performances on stage, which includes Scottish dance, Bollywood dance, belly dance, the traditional Taiwanese Amei, ancient Celtic music, popular jazz tunes by Waseda’s big band orchestra, and Japanese performances such as Soran Bushi and Noh. Furthermore, members of the Chinese, Indonesian, and Sigaporean student societies will share the best parts of their cultures through their performances.

The second half of the event will be a fashion show, sharing some of the beautiful costumes of the world. For the grand finale, Waseda’s acapella circle will lead everyone in singing “Stand by Me.”
