Date: September 21, 2015, 1:00~

Venue: Okuma Auditorium

*Entrance ceremonies for the Graduate School of Information, Production and Systems will be held at Kitakyushu Campus.

For parents

• For information on events held by specific schools, please contact the corresponding school or graduate school office.
•  Please follow staff instructions as it will be crowded.
•  Due to the large number of attendees, visitors will not be able to attend the ceremony. Parents and visitors will be able to watch a live stream of the ceremony at the Okuma Small Auditorium. Tickets will not be distrubuted for the live stream.
•  Doors will open approximately one hour before the ceremony begins.
•  The ceremony will be approximately 45 minutes long
