Waseda University will hold 2015 entrance ceremonies for its various schools on April 1st and April 2nd, per the schedule below. Please check with your particular school and program for individual events.

Part 1, 9:30-

Part 2, 11:45-

- School of Human Sciences (incl. e-school)
- School of International Liberal Studies
Part 3, 14:15-
- School of Culture, Media and Society
- School of Commerce
- School of Social Sciences
Part 4, 16:15-
- School of Fundamental Science and Engineering
- School of Creative Science and Engineering
- School of Advanced Science and Engineering
- School of Sport Sciences
Prior to each ceremony will be a welcome performance from the cheer squad and an introduction video for the various education programs.

Combined Graduate School Ceremony, 10:00-

- Location: Toyama Campus, Memorial Hall (However, the Graduate School of Information, Production and Systems entrance ceremony will be held at the Kitakyushu Campus.
Art and Architecture School, 18:30-
- Location: Nishiwaseda Campus Building 63, #3 Main Conference Room
To Family Members and Guests
Please check the schedule of events for each school and program.
- Doors are scheduled to open 40 min before each ceremony, but this may differ depending on the previous event’s progress. Ceremonies are scheduled to last approx. one hour. No tickets will be distributed.
- Entrances and exits for graduates and guests are different. Please follow the instructions of event staff when entering. Toyama Campus is expected to be extremely crowded; please do not plan to meet in groups at the Hall or on nearby sidewalks.
- Many facilities will be open. Please stop by!
- Okuma Garden (April 1st: 8:00-18:00; April 2nd: 9:00-16:00. Closed in case of rain), Tsubouchi Theatre Museum, Aizu Museum, and Okuma Memorial Exhibition Room.
