Waseda University will hold 2015 Spring combined graduation ceremonies for its various schools on March 25 and 26, per the schedule below. Please check with your particular school and program for individual events.

The ceremonies will be streamed live via YouTube for those who are not able to attend. The streams can be viewed at the links below.

Cameras will capture the proceedings on stage as well as scenes around the Hall, so some attendees may appear on screen. Attendees wishing to avoid the possibility of appearing may watch the ceremony via video from a separate location. Please inquire of event staff. Thank you for your understanding.

To Family Members and Guests

Please check the schedule of events for each school and program.

  • Doors are scheduled to open 40 min before each ceremony, but this may vary with progress of the previous event. Ceremonies are scheduled to last approx. one hour. No tickets will be distributed.
  • Entrances and exits for graduates and guests are different. Please follow the instructions of event staff when entering. Toyama Campus is expected to be extremely crowded; please do not plan to meet in groups at the Hall or on nearby sidewalks.
  • Many facilities will be open. Please stop by!
    • Okuma Garden (Mar 25: 8:00-17:00; Mar 26: 9:00-16:00. Closed in case of rain), Tsubouchi Theatre Museum, Aizu Museum, Okuma Memorial Exhibition Room and Waseda Gallery.
  • Campus tours will be given by student guides.
    • Tickets are available from 11:00 at the Waseda Campus, beside Building #2 (first come, first served), and tours every half-hour from 11:30-14:00. Please take part!
