趣旨
We live in dangerous times. War rages across Eastern Europe and the Middle East. Nation-states are ramping up defense spending worldwide, while the threat of a new pandemic looms. What place remains for the liberal citizen in a world where geopolitics and state power override personal freedom? Who, in such a world, is left to defend the freedom of the individual?
