「『所有と経営の分離』下における株主主権的会計行動―戦前の企業統治と会計行動―」
戦前の我が国で広範に観察される株主主権的経営の下での会計の機能について、特に減価償却行動に焦点を当てて検討する。
戦前の我が国における企業会計は、会計規制のない経営者にとって極めて裁量性の高い状況で展開されたものであるが、そうした裁量的会計行動が株主の圧力を受けた状況でどのように顕現したのかを見ることにしたい。
