Is globalization good or bad for the environment?
This hot topic has been debated for many years however with mixed evidences from literature.
From international business perspective, Prof. Maoliang Bu will introduce his recent findings on this topic for the case of China.
Questions for discussion include: how do multinational enterprises decide their investment location in relation to environmental standards?
Is trade liberalization good or bad for corporate environmental performance?
What are the environmental implications of tariffs and trade disputes between US, China and other countries?
