上場企業におけるコポレート・ガバナンス―ドイツと日本の相違点 コポレート・ガバナンスは様々な要素から構成されている制度である。 今回のセミナーで、ドイツと日本のコポレート・ガバナンス制度の主な要素を説明するにあたり、特に大きな違いに重点を置き、両国の制度の違いから生じる結果についての議論を行う。 最終的に、国別のコポレート・ガバナンス制度においてコンバージョンの傾向があるかという課題を取り上げる。 |
