この論文では、過剰資本を解消する手段として、合併を社会余剰の観点から正当化できるかを実証的に検証した。日本のセメント産業の合併を取り上げ、動学ゲームの枠組みで企業の資本廃棄行動をモデル化し、モデルを推定し、反事実実験により、合併の効果を定量化した。 |
