この論文では、企業の多角化が賃金（従業員給与）にもたらす影響は従業員の交渉力によって異なるという仮説を、日本の上場企業のデータを用いて検証する。 分析の結果、多角化の賃金効果は、労働組合のある企業では有意にプラスであるのに対し、組合のない企業ではマイナスであることが示された。 こうした相違は、代替的な交渉力指標や多角化の内生性を考慮しても現れる。 |
