| 主 旨 Outline |
従来より、製薬業界での新薬開発に伴う生産設備への投資には、臨床試験での成否や需要予測など高い不確実性が伴う。 さらに、近年の競争の激化に伴い、過剰な設備投資による多大なコスト負担や、生産設備の不足による在庫切れといった設備投資における失敗は、企業の業績を大きく悪化させるようになっている。 このような状況を踏まえ、本研究では、3つの不確実性（需要、臨床試験および委託生産の可能性）の下での最適な設備投資と生産水準を同時に分析する確率的動学モデルの構築を試みる。 |
