WIAS Visiting Researcher Seminar: “New Technology of Attentions: Art, Acience and Museums”(3/13)
Details
Recent developments in eye-tracking technologies make it possible to measure attention both online and in naturalistic, real-world settings. This talk presents findings from large-scale studies conducted in museum environments, examining how visitors attend to artworks and exhibitions. The talk also addresses methodological and design challenges associated with studying attention outside the laboratory, and show implications for the design of future museums.
