Completion Ceremony for the GLFP 12th Cohort’s September Graduates
On Friday, September 18, 2026, we held a completion ceremony for the September graduates of the GLFP 12th cohort. Of the cohort’s nine members, two completed the program ahead of their graduation from Waseda University the following day, Saturday, September 19. Both are set to join global companies, taking the experiences they gained through GLFP into the next chapter of their lives.
Beyond their coursework, the 12th cohort took the initiative in leading a range of activities, including a career event with GLFP alumni and a student-organized field trip to Aomori. By sharing ideas and working together to bring their plans to life, they encountered diverse people and perspectives and gained valuable experiences beyond the classroom. Their enthusiasm and initiative enriched the GLFP experience for everyone involved.
The friendships formed through GLFP and the growth that came from learning from one another will be lasting sources of support as they move forward. We warmly wish our two graduates every success as they embark on their careers and make their mark on the world. We also look forward to seeing all members of the 12th cohort continue to explore their potential while cherishing the bonds they have built.
