LA supports data science learning

Using the discussion board

In the on-demand courses of the Data Science Education Program, a discussion board is set up on the Waseda Moodle learning management system, and if you have any questions about the lectures, you can post them on the board and receive an answer within a few days.

Math & Stat Center (MSC)

In the Data Science Education Program, students who have studied data science work as Learning Assistants (LAs) at the Math & Stat Center on the second floor of Building 3 on the Waseda Campus, supporting the learning of younger students.

He is a current student who has completed a data science education program, so feel free to ask him any questions or consult with him.
We accept questions and consultations not only in person but also online, so please feel free to use this service.

  • Location: Room 208, 2nd floor, Building 3, Waseda Campus
  • Opening hours: Monday to Saturday during term time (9:30-18:00)
    The library is closed on Sundays and public holidays when there are no classes.
    *The room will be closed for several weeks after the start of the spring and fall semesters in preparation for opening.
    *The hours during which you can ask questions about mathematics subjects differ from the opening hours listed above.

The Math & Stat Center not only provides advice on the content of on-demand courses in the Data Science Education Program, but also provides advice on statistics and data science in general. Center for Data Science also provides "Data Science Course Advice" for students of our university, which can also be used.
