At the Career Center, staff with experience, know-how, and information will think with you about your career and job hunting. By talking to a third party, you can organize your thoughts and discover new realizations and solutions, so please feel free to use the center with the mindset of just "having a conversation."
Please note that the Career Center supports students in making their own career choices and does not introduce or mediate specific companies.

Consultation rules

Below are the rules that apply to all individual consultations. Please be sure to read and understand them before using the service.

[Basic rules (for both face-to-face and online play)]

• If you do not arrive (enter) the room within 5 minutes of the start of your reservation time, your reservation will be canceled.
• Recording or recording individual consultations is prohibited.
• Advice on application forms and interviews is provided from an objective perspective and does not judge the quality of the content.
• Records of consultations will be shared within the Career Center. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Waseda University's "Regulations on Privacy and Data Protection."
• Please note that individual consultations may be canceled suddenly due to natural disasters, disruptions to transportation, communication line failures, epidemics, etc. In such cases, no alternative arrangements will be made.

【利用可能回数（30分相談※）】

• 30分相談は、原則として週1回まで利用できます。
• ただし、少なくとも1回が当日予約である場合に限り、計週2回まで利用できます。
  （2回とも事前予約での利用はできません。）
• 30分相談の2回利用が認められる場合、その組み合わせは以下のいずれでも可能です：
  ・1回目: 事前予約、2回目: 当日予約
  ・1回目: 当日予約、2回目: 事前予約
  ・1回目: 当日予約、2回目: 当日予約

【予約変更・キャンセルについて（30分相談※）】

• キャリアコンパスでの予約変更・取り消しは、前開室日（月曜日の場合は通常金曜日、前日が授業を実施しない祝日・臨時休業日等の場合はその前の開室日）の15:00までです。
• 予約の変更・キャンセルについては、必ず所定の期限内にキャリアコンパスから手続きを行ってください。
  （詳細は、本ページの「事前予約方法」参照をご参照ください。）
• 無断キャンセルは上記の利用回数に含まれますので、ご注意ください。期限内にキャリアコンパスからキャンセルされた場合は、利用回数には含まれません。
• 体調不良や急な事情など、やむを得ない理由により期限内にキャリアコンパスからキャンセル手続きができない場合は、予約した時間前までに[email protected]宛てに必ずご連絡ください。
• なお、やむを得ない事情によりメールでのキャンセル連絡となった場合で、同一週内に改めて予約を希望する場合は、[email protected]宛にその旨ご相談ください。

キャリア・就活全般の30分相談では、経験とノウハウと情報を持ったスタッフと1対1で相談ができます。

キャリアコンパスからの事前予約を原則としますが、当日の相談枠に空きがある場合は、専用ダイヤルで予約を受け付けます。（メールや来校では予約できません。）

なお、事前予約での利用は週1回までとしております。予約回が終了するまで、次の事前予約はできませんので、ご了承ください。
ただし、少なくとも1回が当日予約である場合に限り、事前予約での利用と合わせて週2回まで利用できます。詳細は本ページの「基本ルール→利用可能回数」をご参照ください。

公務員試験の面接対策や面接カードの準備（志望動機、これまでに取り組んだ活動や体験など）に向けた公務員試験対策用の相談枠です。予約方法は、「キャリア・就活全般　30分相談」の事前予約方法に準じます。

実施曜日：月曜（全10枠・月2回）・木曜（全10枠・原則として毎週）

※週によっては設置がない場合や、開催曜日が変更となる場合があります。ご利用の際、予約画面にてご確認ください。

※「キャリア・就活全般　30分相談（事前予約／当日予約）」でも、面接練習、志望動機や活動体験内容に関する相談は可能です。「公務員専用枠」がすでに予約で埋まっている場合は「キャリア・就活全般　30分相談」も活用してください。

15分相談は、予約なしの先着順で相談できる個別相談です。

授業期間中は、対面（早稲田キャンパス6号館1階Cspace）での開催、長期休暇期間中（夏休み・春休み等）は、一部オンラインでの開催となります。

週1回まで利用可能です。（30分相談の利用回数制限とは別枠となります。）
ただし、客観的にみて緊急性の高いものについては、当日受けられる可能性もありますので、ご相談ください。なお、受けられない場合もありますので、ご了承ください。

英語10分相談は、昼休みの時間帯に、不定期的且つ予約なしの先着順で相談できる個別相談です。オンラインのみで、主に英語話者向けの相談となります。詳細は、こちらを参照ください。

Career consultations in English are available for those who wish to consult in English or those who are considering working for a foreign company (in which case the language can be either English or Japanese).

予約方法は、「キャリア・就活全般　30分相談」の事前予約方法に準じます。

*Non-degree students (CJL/graduate students taking courses, SILS SP3 students, exchange students, etc.) should use off-campus resources (individual consultations at FRESC, etc.).

障がい・体調不安×就活・キャリアに関する相談では、体調不安がありどのように就職活動を進めたらよいのか、病歴や障がいをオープンにして就職活動をするか迷っている、一般採用と障がい者採用について知りたい、就職活動における「障害者手帳」取得のメリットについて、合理的配慮の伝え方などの相談に、支援経験豊富な相談員が応じています。（相談員固定制）
※診断や障がいがなくても利用可能です

Current Waseda students who have experience in job hunting (SCA: Student Career Advisors) will be on hand to offer advice to junior students. This is a good opportunity to talk to students of a similar age. The consultation format is a roundtable discussion with multiple participants (not individual consultations). You can ask about anything related to job hunting, such as how to visit alumni, how to write an application form, and interview know-how.
