At the Career Center, staff with experience, know-how, and information will think with you about your career and job hunting. By talking to a third party, you can organize your thoughts and discover new realizations and solutions, so please feel free to use the center with the mindset of just "having a conversation."
Please note that the Career Center supports students in making their own career choices and does not introduce or mediate specific companies.

Consultation rules

Below are the rules that apply to all individual consultations. Please be sure to read and understand them before using the service.

[Basic rules (for both face-to-face and online play)]

• If you do not arrive (enter) the room within 5 minutes of the start of your reservation time, your reservation will be canceled.
• Recording or recording individual consultations is prohibited.
• Advice on application forms and interviews is provided from an objective perspective and does not judge the quality of the content.
• Records of consultations will be shared within the Career Center. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Waseda University's "Regulations on Privacy and Data Protection."
• Please note that individual consultations may be canceled suddenly due to natural disasters, disruptions to transportation, communication line failures, epidemics, etc. In such cases, no alternative arrangements will be made.

A 30-minute consultation (advance reservation) is a one-on-one consultation with a staff member with experience, know-how, and information. For this consultation, you must make a reservation in advance through Career Compass.

閉室期間前後（8/4～8/19）のキャリア・就活個別相談（30分相談）の事前予約は以下の通りとなります。
通常の予約開始時期と異なりますので、ご注意ください。

A 30-minute consultation (on-the-day reservation) is a private one-on-one consultation with a member of staff with experience, know-how, and information.

当日の相談枠に空きがある場合は、専用ダイヤルで予約を受け付けます。
（メールや来校では予約できません。）

なお、個別相談は原則週1回の予約としております。
ただし、少なくとも1回が当日予約である場合に限り、事前予約での利用と合わせて週2回まで利用できます。詳細は本ページの「基本ルール→利用可能回数」をご参照ください。

This is a consultation session for Japanese civil servant Japanese civil servant preparation, including preparation for the interview and preparing your interview card (motivations for applying, activities and experiences you have undertaken to date, etc.).

※「30分相談（事前予約／当日予約）」でも、面接練習、志望動機や活動体験内容に関する相談は可能です。「公務員専用枠」がすでに予約で埋まっている場合は「一般相談枠」も活用してください。

15分相談は、予約なしの先着順で相談できる個別相談です。

授業期間中は、対面（早稲田キャンパス6号館1階Cspace）での開催、長期休暇期間中（夏休み・春休み等）は、一部オンラインでの開催となります。

週1回まで利用可能です。（30分相談の利用回数制限とは別枠となります。）
ただし、客観的にみて緊急性の高いものについては、当日受けられる可能性もありますので、ご相談ください。なお、受けられない場合もありますので、ご了承ください。

【対面（授業期間中）の利用方法】※～7月29日（火）まで
時間：月～金 14:00～17:00（13:45～受付）
開催場所：早稲田大学キャンパス6号館1階Cspace
参加方法：先着順。上記時間内に来室し、受付をしてください。

【オンラインの場合】※7月30日（水）～10月1日（水）まで
時間：月～金 14:00～16:00（13:45～受付開始、16：00受付終了）
参加方法：こちら（7月29日（火）より申請可）よりミーティングIDとパスコードを申請してください

10分相談は（英語）は、昼休みの時間帯に、不定期的且つ予約なしの先着順で相談できる個別相談です。オンラインのみで、主に英語話者向けの相談となります。詳細は、こちらを参照ください。

Career consultations in English are available for those who wish to consult in English or those who are considering working for a foreign company (in which case the language can be either English or Japanese).

*Non-degree students (CJL/graduate students taking courses, SILS SP3 students, exchange students, etc.) should use off-campus resources (individual consultations at FRESC, etc.).

In the consultation section on disabilities, health concerns, job hunting, and careers, counselors with extensive support experience are available to answer questions such as how to proceed with job hunting when you are worried about your health, whether to be open about your medical history or disability when job hunting, whether you want to know about general hiring and hiring of people with disabilities, the benefits of obtaining a "disability certificate" in job hunting, and how to communicate reasonable consideration. This service is available to those who wish to receive advice on job hunting and career choices related to gender and sexuality. (LGBTQ+ (including sexual minorities) and those who do not or do not want to conform to gender norms are also available.)

Current Waseda students who have experience in job hunting (SCA: Student Career Advisors) will be on hand to offer advice to junior students. This is a good opportunity to talk to students of a similar age. The consultation format is a roundtable discussion with multiple participants (not individual consultations). You can ask about anything related to job hunting, such as how to visit alumni, how to write an application form, and interview know-how.
