Participating companies are selected by Japan External Trade Organization(JETRO) and they are looking for international students of the class of 2023 from Waseda University. If you want to find a job in Japan, Do not miss this opportunity!

You can apply for companies and have interviews. Or you can wait for offers from companies by disclosing your entry sheets.
*Please note that you may be required to submit ES or have web test by some companies. So please confirm their screening schedule.

How to Participate
【Apply for companies (エントリー方式)】
1．Confirm the participating companies’ information from 「外国人留学生向けオンラインマッチング会」via MyWaseda(Career Compass). ※Click HERE for company information list(in Japanese Only)!
2．Prepare for your ES by doing company research, Confirming the recruiting information and screening schedule for each company.
3．Submit your ES via 「外国人留学生向けオンラインマッチング会専用エントリーフォーム」in My Waseda.
4．Wait for contact from companies and adjust for further screening process with the company.
※Please be well prepared as Waseda students.
※Individual screening process may differs from company to company.
※If you receive a request to have an interview from companies, please think thoroughly to meet the company and make certain of replying to them.
【Wait for offers (スカウト（オファー）方式)】
1．Submit your Open ES via 「外国人留学生向けオンラインマッチング会専用オープンエントリーフォーム」in My Waseda.
2．The Open ES will be offered to all the companies that participate at this event.
3．Companies may contact you directly if they are interested in your Open ES.
4．If you receive a request to have an interview from companies, please think thoroughly to meet the company and make certain of replying to them.
