Shun-ichiro Bessho - 略歴/Short Bio
別所俊一郎は、早稲田大学政治経済学部の教授です。東京大学で経済学の博士号を取得しました。日本総合研究所の経済学者、一橋大学国際公共政策学部の助教、慶應義塾大学経済学部および東京大学経済学部の准教授を歴任しました。また、財務省政策研究機構の首席経済学者、文部科学省のシニア科学研究員、参議院事務局の客員研究員を歴任しました。研究分野は公共財政で、Health Economics、European Journal of Political Economy、International Tax and Public Finance、Journal of the Japanese and International Economiesなど、国際的な学術誌に論文を発表しています。
Shun-ichiro Bessho is a Professor of Faculty of Political Science and Economics at Waseda University. He received his Ph.D. in economics from the University of Tokyo. He was an economist of Japan Research Institute, an assistant professor of School of International and Public Policy, Hitotsubashi University, an associate professor of Faculty of Economics, Keio University and the Faculty of Economics, the University of Tokyo. He also served as a chief economist of Policy Research Institute, Ministry of Finance, a Senior Scientific Research Specialist, Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology and a visiting researcher of Secretariat of the House of Councilors. His research area is public finance and published articles in international academic journals including Health Economics, European Journal of Political Economy, International Tax and Public Finance, Journal of the Japanese and International Economies and others.
