東京都出身。東京大学大学院人文社会系研究科博士課程単位取得退学。博士（社会心理学）。国立情報学研究所情報社会相関研究系准教授、スタンフォード大学コミュニケーション学部客員研究員、香港城市大学メディアコミュニケーション学部准教授を経て、2023年より早稲田大学政治経済学術院教授。社会心理学をベースとした政治コミュニケーション、政治心理学、世論研究に従事。
Tetsuro Kobayashi, Ph.D., is a Professor at the School of Political Science and Economics, Waseda University. Before joining Waseda University, he had held positions at the National Institute of Informatics and City University of Hong Kong. His extensive research has been published in prestigious peer-reviewed journals spanning the fields of political science, communication, and psychology.
