【Abstract】—————————————————————————————-
Recently, there has been intense debate on AI learning and copyright in Japan and other countries, and various litigations on this matter have also been observed. While various legislative examples can be seen in other countries, information analysis provisions in Japanese laws are attracting international attention. This seminar is being held by the Waseda University Research Center for the Legal System of Intellectual Property (RCLIP) in collaboration with the annual conference of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property of Japan (AIPPI) in Yokohama.
