Besides works from famous and revolutionary Japanese painter and lacquerer Shibata Zeshin, few collections of Edo-period lacquerware and paintings have been presented to the public. This exhibition presents various lacquer works alongside raden (Japanese decorative art), tea boxes, and quivers from the Joseon dynasty, as well as decorative plates from the Ming Dynasty.
