不確実な環境における人間-自律システム協調のための責務推理と伝達手法の構築
不確実な動作環境の中で利用者と協調する自律ソフトウェアシステム（例：自動運転）を研究対象としている。具体的には、ソフトウェアのモデリング、設計、検証技術を活用し、システムと利用者のそれぞれの責務を明確化できるように推論するフレームワーク、および利用者との効果的なコミュニケーションを実現するインターフェースに取り組んでいる。
