研究テーマ

陰謀論の信念とその政治行動に対する影響

陰謀論の信念は昔から人間社会の特徴であったが、ここ十年以上、インタネット上での陰謀論の加速度的な広がりと、ワクチン否定や政治的暴力行為など、社会的・政治的行動への悪影響が懸念されるようになっている。私の研究は、陰謀論が何故ある個人や、ある社会状況では過激な行為を引き起こし、他には引き起こさないのか、特に陰謀論と社会的分極化やポピュリズム等との相互作用を検討することによって理解を深めることを目的にしている。
