
Congratulations to all the graduates! Waseda Weekly has featured many Waseda University students. We asked three graduates who appeared in the "People" and "Focus" sections about their aspirations for the future.
Cherishing the encounters I had at Waseda, my goal is to participate in the Rugby World Cup!
Kengo Nonaka, graduate of School of Sport Sciences.
Kengo Nonaka served as captain of the rugby club. As a central figure in the team, he made a significant contribution to Waseda Rugby's success.
"After graduation, I will continue playing rugby as an athlete employee. I will cherish the connections I made with friends at Waseda University and strive to contribute to the development of Japanese rugby with the goal of participating in the Rugby World Cup. I will continue to work hard with a positive attitude and never give up!"

I want to dedicate my life to the world of creative work! A talented young manga artist
Hana Mamimo, graduate of School of Culture, Media and Society.
Hana Mamimo made her debut as a manga artist while still in middle school. While attending university, she continued to draw manga while balancing it with her studies, and also tried her hand at writing anime scripts and voice acting.
"I want to dedicate my life to the creative world that encompasses manga, illustrations, and animation—telling stories and breathing life into them with my voice! As a manga artist and voice actor, I hope to continue to be a part of the culture I love."

Anna Moromizato, graduate of School of Law.
Anna Moromizato has taken on challenges such as participating in youth summits and speech contests organized by the Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat, an international organization. After graduation, she plans to pursue graduate studies abroad to further deepen her knowledge of international relations.
"Driven by a curiosity about the world, I want to continue pursuing unconventional possibilities that connect people and nations through language, fostering understanding and empathy, and transcending history and politics."
