Spring break will be from February 4th (Sunday) to March 31st (Sunday), 2024.

Please note that there will be periods of restricted access to each campus for the entrance examinations. During the restricted access period at Waseda Campus, a temporary office will be set up at Okuma Garden Hall (1st floor Okuma Garden House, Building 25).

① Opening hours of faculty/graduate school offices, campuses, and facilities

During the spring break period, opening hours, office openings, and facility openings will differ from normal. As a general rule, each office will be closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays during the period. Please contact the office of your faculty/graduate school for information on counter hours, telephone reception hours, results announcement, reexamination, course registration dates, etc.

②Available hours of certificate issuing service and certificate issuing machine

For details on the certificate issuing service (online application), please refer to the website below.

The certificate issuing machine on campus is closed on Sundays and holidays. Additionally, in order to prepare for and conduct the entrance exam, there is a period during which anyone other than examinees, test proctors, and faculty members are prohibited from entering the campus on the test day.
