Purpose of TGU subsidy
Waseda University, with its “Waseda Goes Global” concept, was selected for the “Top Global University (TGU) Project” by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology in 2014, promoting “fostering global leaders” and “promoting ingenious research”. With the TGU Project, as part of our “nurturing global leaders”, we support our students to study overseas and take valuable programs, and also to take online programs from overseas universities under the current Covid-19 situation. As the subsidy is to come from the university’s internal budget, we would be grateful if you could understand the purpose of special support and cooperate in further activities to promote the TGU project.
