The Center for Positive/Empirical Analysis of Political Economy (Top Global University Project, Waseda University) is hosting an online workshop featuring Professor Elad Segev of Tel Aviv University.
Professor Segev studies the relationship between information and power from cross-national perspectives, focusing on global information flows, country image, Americanization and globalization, international news, information search and search strategies, and the digital divide. He uses data mining and network analysis techniques and explores new methods and applications in the social sciences.
