Toshihide Arimura, a professor at the Faculty of Political Science and Economics and a member of the Center for Positive/Empirical Analysis of Political Economy, published a book from Springer titled, “Carbon Pricing in Japan.”
This book evaluates various measures introduced in Japan to prevent climate change from an economic perspective. Professor Arimura’s research areas include climate change, energy policies, air pollution regulations and voluntary environmental actions.
