Abstract

We are honored to announce that an international conference “Competition Law and FairEconomy” is going to be held as follows and your attending will be appreciated.

In recent years, the expansion of wealth gap and social inequality can be witnessed. While we are living in a more and more convenient world for the progress of digital platforms and sharing economy, some people, who can neither be defined as entrepreneurs nor laborers, have no choice but to work for a small consideration.

We can also see that national particularism is rampaging in some countries nowadays and it is to be seen whether this has some impact on the enforcement of competition laws and policies.

The aim of the conference is to consider and discuss how competition laws and policies can contribute to the development of ‘FairEconomy’ from various points of views, excluding the negative influence of digital economy and national particularism.

We are looking forward to your attendance.
