The Scholarships Office is open on public holidays when classes are held. On the other hand, it is closed on temporary holidays, even if they are weekdays.
Student Union Building is open to visitors even during the off-limits period (during the entrance examination period in February).
Please be sure to note the following:
-Refrain from coming to the office if you have symptoms such as a fever or cough, or if you are not feeling well.

2025 Academic Calendar

The Scholarship Office is open on weekdays during Spring Holidays and Summer Holidays when classes are not held.
However, during Summer Holidays and New Year’s Holidays, the Scholarship Offic may be closed for periods of one week or longer.
Inquiries during the closure period will be accepted via email, but responses will be sent after the closure period.
